Last year saw a boom in the launch of premium lounges. Delta Air Lines launched its first Delta One Lounge, quickly followed by two more. PS added a second location with more to come this year, and United Airlines forged ahead with its Polaris Lounge offering. All the while, three major credit card issuers – American Express, Chase, and Capital One – have been opening new premium facilities and innovating their concepts.
