Stop me if this sounds familiar. A private jet is taxiing across an airport in a major US city and is instructed to hold short of an active runway. Instead, it carries on, right into the path of a commercial airliner on final approach. Fortunately, the pilots of the incoming airliner see the runway incursion and are able to execute a go-around at the last minute, narrowly avoiding a catastrophic disaster.
