Earlier this week, US low-fare carrier JetBlue announced it was the first airline to accept Venmo, giving customers an easy and secure payment option when booking flights directly with the airline online. There is nothing really earth-shattering in that announcement, but it is disturbing how quickly scammers can find an opportunity to cheat people out of their hard-earned cash.
