In 2025, four McDonnell-Douglas-Boeing F-15 models, totaling 862 aircraft, are still flying. Those still serving include the single seat F-15A, F-15C, F-15E and F-15EX. No “B” or “D” two-seat trainers are in-service. All of the F-15Bs are retired, and the F-15Ds have either been retired or converted to F-15E Strike Eagles. Only the USAF has the F-15EX with eight units delivered.
